Quick, Easy and Personable
Aside from the quick and easy route laid for me to get exactly what I needed the staff at th building were excellent. It seems that Kelvin and his staff mates have created a sort of zen sanctuary of vibes at a place that could be quite stressful given the moving and shifting of personal items. It wasn't like that at all for me. Only thing I will say was that you shouldn't but any boxes or tape or locks or anything of that nature because the company has the whole supply and demand pricing gouge thing going on. So prepare as much as you can. Other than that I feel greatly rewarded in my choice to use this facility over others.

This is honestly one of the best storage places I’ve used. The facility is really clean and well taken care of, which gave me peace of mind right away. Sanjay, the general manager, was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. She walked me through everything step by step and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. I left feeling confident that my things are in good hands. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage.

LyndavegandoyleMy unit was on the first floor, and I had no complaints at all. The staff was courteous, and the site was fabulous. I particularly liked the parking lot, which was easy to get into, and the later hours. I have nothing but praise for that facility. We just threw the stuff in lol it was 95 degrees outside but nice and cool inside.
Cristin O'KeeffeClean. Well kept facility. Friendly and helpful staff. They vary their rate after the first few months, saying it based on market conditions. They have other business policy quirks you want to ask about before signing the contract. Best for storage over a short amount of time that you will be able to move out easily and won’t need to dump anything on site. But it is NYC. So, if its the best place amongst your options then they are pleasant to deal with and the facility is car friendly.
