I had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The property is clean and well-lit. The staff are friendly, and very helpful. I dealt with both James and Frank, and both made move-in easy, making certain they provided necessary info regarding the building before my first arrival. Access to the unit is convenient, the elevators and carts work well. The building is easy to navigate. Overall, this facility is reliable, well managed. I highly recommend.

Had an 18 wheeler deliver my household goods and the lot was plenty big to accommodate it. The property is always clean both inside and outside. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a safe, secure and clean place to store your items.

Danielle FeltonWe came to this facility after an AWFUL experience at another storage facility. We are buying and selling at the same time, which is a very stressful situation to begin with. We needed a medium sized unit for excess belongings during the transition. We were so relieved after two days at another NIGHTMARE place. This location is clean, maintained, secure, and the girl at the front desk was extremely kind/helpful. I saw her one day vacuuming and cleaning the hallways near our unit, which was very comforting. She saw me with a hand truck full of things for my unit and she stopped what she was doing to approach me to ask me if I needed help. I politely assured her I was good, but it was so nice to see someone with such great customer service and caring about the renters. When I first walked in the place still smelled new, and again was SO CLEAN compared to the nightmare we had just come from. Such a great experience!
