There wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t anyone in the office when we arrived (during the scheduled hours) and it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t until we called the main line that someone showed up. He was nice and helpful but when we had a question after moving the stuff in he again wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t in the office. We did find him but a business that posts office hours on their front door ought to actually have someone in the office. No?
Someone there but knew nothing!
The unit was very hard to find and the numbers were even worse to look for! The lift was not working at all, very inconvenient because the unit is on the 2nd floor and I was given the WRONG unit! No one to be found on premises

Ekka PeckThis is easily the worst storage unit I have ever had to work with. They say there is 24 hr access which is false. Unfortunately I found that out the wrong way. While cleaning out my second floor unit riddled with mouse poop (only paper work and bankers boxes being stored here), we sent our second to last batch of boxes down the lift which is for cargo not people. We left down the people exit and the door close behind us. When we went to go back up after loading the car we were locked out since it had past 10pm. Upstairs was our wide open unit, our keys, some last boxes, our two dollys, and a folding table. The goal was to clean out this unit which was either always too hot or too cold to a better unit a cleaner space an easier space to access and a climate controlled space. Unfortunately with us being locked out from finishing our job we couldn't even take our stuff to the other storage unit we were moving it to because the storage unit locked us out with the key inside the building.
