Unit was clean and rental was easy. Unloading was easy also with the loading dock
good price-no frills-clean and functional. It's all I need.
Good storage affordable lots of room
Customer service is great. But this place is not organized, canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get anyone local at storage place. First rental could not find the unit I rented. Come to find out it was an upstairs unit and no elevator. Customer service had no idea. So they assigned me another unit next day. Because they are only open 9 to 5. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get to unit until 445. So here I am again next day with tons of my stuff thinking I have things solved and I get to unit and it already had locks on it. I call number again ( because no one local to get a hold of) and oh now i have to get a different unit. This unit is actually open but the customer service said i can leave my stuff in it because i need to sign rental agreement first for this unit. By this time itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 6pm. I just put my stuff in the unit and locked it with my lock. I finally got the email to sign agreement later that night. But what a nightmare!!!! They really need some organization in who has left rentals and who is still renting because apparently the 3rd party company does not know or is miss informed. Get someone who is in charge of cleaning to actually be there. Or give renters a number they can actually talk to someone who is there and knows the building. Also there are many lights not working in the place. I hope I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t regret staying and renting this unit.
