Reginald BougorVery quick response, even when showing up after hours and utilizing the virtual assistant! Very clean unit, and they even called within hours when I failed to properly secure my unit! This company saved all of the belongings I have left, by letting me know I hadn’t secured my door when I thought I had!!!!
Lucid Light 138Sadly as with many places the personal touch is gone. It would be nice to talk to and do business in person, with the representative actually in the office with me. I dislike doing business with a keyosk or whatever it is. Plus the driving lanes between the storage units is a disaster like driving over 75 speedbumps
