I rented a unit and was there for almost a year and I had maybe 1 increase of a few bucks. So I needed more space and rented a bigger unit. Over the year I was in that one the rent was increased 3 different times totaling over $90 total. You can’t access the unit after 10pm without being charged an additional fee. When I moved out there was so much mouse dropping all through my stuff I had to throw a lot in the garbage. They ate through pictures, baby clothes, and was living in some of my totes.

Yes the owners do want to raise prices as do all places. But call and negotiate as you would like buying a car. They don’t want to lose your business.

Rob ColeWas ok. Unit was rusted and leaked and destroyed some of my storage boxes. Would not suggest this place for a long time storage People were nice, but seemed to only care about making sure they were paid on time and not keeping the facility up.
