Affordable Storage is conveniently located. The unit is spectacularly clean and the grounds are spotless. The office staff is always friendly. Ceaser is a great guy. He is extremely helpful and is always courteous. He has gone above and beyond to help me when I've needed to go to the office. Tristen has also been great. She's helped me over the phone many times, always ensuring my issue is solved. She even found me a specific size unit and reserved it for a few days with only my name and number. Competitive prices, ideal location, clean facility and great customer service.
Great Storage Unit
Had my storage unit here for about 5 years now... the only issue I have is the price keeps going up and there is no “heads up” about it. I go to pay my bill and it’s more expensive than the last month. I started at $60 a month (on a student special), went to about $90 and now I am up to $125 per month. Other than that there is truly no issues!

Creating an account and moving my car in was simple. However, my rental was quoted at $118/mo, which is was, the first month. I received notices shortly thereafter of a price increase to $172/mo. Unexpected increase of over 50% I had to make other arrangements for the car.
Kenny HowardWe loved the space (20x30). Had a few issues with the doors. One didn’t lock so we put in a request to have it fixed. Waited 2 months for that to be “repaired”. It still never locked so I’d use vice grips on the inside to lock it down. The man door would stick badly. Which obviously caused a problem with getting to the vice gripped door. I put a request in for that and it was never taken care of. Then they raised the rent (every 3 months) So we had two doors which neither worked or functioned properly. Never got a key for the lock on the man door and was asked to return it. Never had an initial walk through or a final walk through. The company next door has a dumpster in their unit. Ran over a few screws and would constantly find them parked in front of my door in the morning while they smoked weed. Only reason I’m leaving this review is because I keep getting emails to review them. I wasn’t going to but maybe they will stop now.

Joe CaronI’ve had a storage unit there for a year. In that year they increased the price twice by a total of $35 (nearly 50% more and day 1). I called around and their price is comparable to everybody else, except everybody else has climate controlled units, secured entrances, security cameras, and someone on the property. I’ll be moving over to the one across the street in the next month.
