This is one of the worst places- prices are ridiculous and you can never ever be there at 8A as stated on the website. The voicemail is intentionally misleading stating « we are busy with other customers as I am seating outside trying to get to my unit. The office is closed … waited for over an hour. Please note the time is 9:12. Font make other plans if you intend to come here.
Nyeema BaileyWonderful, wonderful experience at this ESS location! Busy mom, came to look at unit sizes for two of my college kids in the DMV area for summer dorm storage. Stacy was extremely courteous and patient, as she showed me a couple of the smaller units I had in mind. This was extremely helpful because I was able to get an idea of what would best accommodate us. Before leaving, Stacy guided me through the online site and I was able to secure a unit at one of the MD locations. Such a relief for this very busy mom :-) The process was seamless and my experience was great. Thank you again!
