My only criticism is that when I originally made the reservation, I was under the impression that they would pick up my stuff and move it for me in their vehicle, but in fact they have a van that you can borrow for free. Other than that everything was clean, friendly, professional, and prices were reasonable. I would recommend this facility, but would hope that advertising about the movein help will be more clear in the future.
Bruckner location seems better than Bronx River
I originally reserved a space with the Bronx River location. The manager, (I don't remember his name) failed to tell me over the phone about lock, insurance, and admin fees, though he offerred me a good price. I was lost and running late to sign paperwork so ended up at the Bruckner location. The staff was very courteous and professional. They explained everything in detail, gave me a bottled water, and directions home.

Isaac was the person at the front desk who helped me rent my unit. He was very professional, showed me the unit and broke down everything for me in a easy way to understand. Very quick transaction that didnt take much time at all. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend people to come rent a storage locker here any time.

Ines MoralesWent to move in and there was Rat/mice droppings all over the unit, it was horrible. Also there was a large gap between my unit and the next unit, you can easily stick your hand into the next unit, not secure at all. At least they were able refund me without a problem.
