Facility easy to access with access code. Though no office person in.
The elevator system is a bit difficult to work, as we needed to enter our access code twice; once to get the elevator to open and then again to get it to move to our floor destination.
Very Helpful
I was in a rush trying to out this together and they made it easy. I would most definitely recommend this facility.

I just wanted to say when I was there that Mark was super super kind and friendly. He personally cared so much and did everything he could to help me as much as he could and make everything go well for me. Thank you so much Mark! :) Mercedes was the first person that I met there that helped me and she was super kind and understanding and gave me extraordinary help. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely nice and helped me feel cared about. Thank you so much to everyone here that made everything go well when I was there. If you see this, I'm really sorry I wasn't in contact before my storage unit went away. I hope you guys are doing well
