Very personable check-in!
It's not much fun to do a chore like getting a storage facility. And you're generally doing so because of some life-changing event, especially during Covid. So it was a pleasant surprise to deal with Eileen at check-in. She was friendly, explained the charges and procedures thoroughly, and showed me to my unit personally. Great customer service.

The manager was super friendly and walked me through everything. He explained everything to me before I signed the contract as well as the policies. He then showed me to my storage unit and showed me how to get there, open it and make sure it's locked. He was extremely nice the whole time and didn't make me feel like I was being a pain. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. The place is clean and very nice. I am happy!

Eileen is amazing she made this project so simple I came in not knowing what to do and what type of unit I needed. She took such personal touch care and love and made me so comfortable and informed me on the correct unit she is the best I rate her service 10 out of 10 this business is lucky to have such a great customer service representative I will be doing with again I recommend everyone who is looking for storage space stop in and see Eileen

Helped me pick out exactly what I need. After talking with her for a few minutes, I Noticed my not so good mood turned right around. The facility is awesome I don't think you could need anything more out of a storage location. Everything was really neat, clean, tidy accessible.
