Reasonable very reasonable well manage and most of all clean , and have good timing when using truck
We set up the rental by internet and phone. The storage place is very convenient and close to TCNJ. Checking in was quick and efficient. We pulled right up to the loading dock. There were plenty of carts to move our stuff, and the place was very clean. The first month has several extra fees, so short term is a larger expense than we anticipated, but all of the rental places charge the administrative and start up fees so no surprise.
The facility was clean, well maintained and super secure. Everything was communicated very clearly and they have a fun little spin the wheel for clients that gives great discounts on services!
Would love better operating hours to access my belongings but hey their business their rules.
The customer service was top-notch. Five Star rating. The best.
