i am happy with storage unit. moving stuff in slowly. unit is big enough for my needs very clean and person was very helpful.
This storage place is the best in the area! Great customer service, great prices, Pam greeted me with a welcoming smile, explained everything, and was so kind. I would recommend Grand Storage over any other self storage company in the area.
We had an issue with the front gate and the associate was perfectly attentive and helpful.
Been using Grand storage since 2017. Manager Pam, is great with all areas of the storage facility. Very knowledgeable and helpful.Access was 24 hours, which was great because of work hours. Since access has been restricted to 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., makes it a bit tough sometimes, and I don't like it.
