Absolutely smooth
The check in was the smoothest process ever. Carts were available and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve gone 3 x so far and good stock with carts. Place was very clean and looked very safe to leave your stuff behind.

Jennifer was great! She took her time with us, showed us the unit we were interested in and also gave us better options. She did not try to oversell us on a unit we needed. She literally answered all our questions, went over the policies and most importantly made me feel safe. Everything was CLEAN! I was thrilled lol prior experiences made me nervous but nope.
