Bringing your items you put on the wheeled item holder there is not a straight flat way to drag it in because there in such a lip you have to get over without all of your stuff falling. Another guest and I both had issues with this the end of Sept. 2025. And both of all our our stuff fell everywhere and my lamp broke.
