This place is full of mice and dirty! I had to submit a claim with the insurance because multiple items including my couch and clothes were ruined by mice and rats. I had hoodies & jackets in bags and the mice somehow got into my unit and left rodent pellets all over my clothes! The units are not fully sealed if you look they are opened at the tops and bottoms and exposed to other units, also the roofs are leaking and left rust stains all over my things. The staff doesn’t seem to care or do anything about it. After I reported the issue and filed a claim they blocked my access to the gate and are refusing to call back and let me get the rest of my stuff. Haven’t even been there 6 months and I am shocked at the level of carelessness. If you don’t want your stuff to get ruined stay far far away from this dump! It is not well maintained and they have by far the worst customer service!

The staff is extremely friendly and I felt comfortable knowing my belongings were safe. The facility of this place and the units are well kept and cleaned. Once I moved out a gentleman called and was so sweet and respectful when I told him I did not need it anymore but may need it in the future. I also left the unit I rented just how I first moved in very clean. Long story short if anyone is looking to store their belongings I highly recommend this storage place.
