Unexpectedly needed a storage unit that day
Called the storage unit and was greeted by Gloria, she was extremely friendly and was able to help me with all my storage needs and even was able to use the truck to bring over my things. The office was clean the truck ran great and the unit was clean and very spacious. Definitely will go there again for all my storage needs.

No management on site,place wasn’t plowed and unit was damaged. No one at call center would help with resolving the matter while I stood in the 20 degree cold. Was later contacted by district manager who attempted to resolve the matter. Place is not worth your time or money. Public storage in other areas were the same way. I refuse to do business with them ever again.

Francine CartwrightRented online. I get confirmation and access. When I get to the unit, there is a lock on the unit. I call property manager and knocked on door. There was no one there.The property manager is there only from 9:30 - 1:30pm. I try to use the chat, and they did not understand my issue. I was outside for over an hour. I called the customer service line. After a long wait, they tell me that I can return tomorrow. I canceled. I hope to get my refund, but they will not refund the admin fee. Such a waste of time and resources.
