The owner of the complex was super kind, helpful, and understanding. All the prices were as expected, and any potential issues that came up were handled by the owner who arranged the unit for us. I was super happy with the rental process! However, I was not aware that unit rental renewals happen at the first of each month, as I expected them to happen exactly one month after I started renting. If that could be made more clear ahead of time that would be great!!!
These two guys amazing. So different yet the same.
Everything ran very smoothly, the staff is friendly and competent! Also the price is great! Would recommend to anyone who needs a storage unit.
