The guy that delt with our “situation” today was very helpful. BUT…. we have been storing stuff in this unit for over 6 months now and went in today to start taking stuff out to finally move onto our home that has been being renovated and it was 100% covered in mold…. I can not even begin to express how pissed I am. Not even a call from the owner or offering free storage for the inconvenience of moving all of our shitt out and into a new unit on the hottest day. We were given a new room at the same price ( wow so great) $10,000 worth of clothes, furniture, baby items, pictures, couches, lamps, ect. Oh and we can’t even use the dumpster to get rid of the stuff so once we have the adjuster come out we have to move it AGAIN. Oh and the insurance pays up to $500 lol what a JOKE. Don’t store your stuff here you might as well give your belongings for free and buy new, it would save you the head and heart ache. In my case a lawyer is worth it.
