The representative called me to follow up right after I reserve a storage. That was less than 2 minutes! She was really helpful in making sure I know exactly what I'm signing up for. Completing the reservation & checking in was a breeze. I got a storage in the first floor and I was done unload & loading my stuff from a 16" truck in 30 minutes. It was a bit repetitive having to keep entering the code every time we go in to the building but I think safety matters most! So far so good! :)
I must say the best part of the experience was the gentleman on the phone who helped me pick the unit and gave me the best options for what I needed. And it's 24 hours which is awesome. Did paperwork in 5 minutes. All together under 30 mins to get the storage!
I was in-out of the storage in no-time. Very clean and easy to load and unload areas.
