I needed a storage unit and wasn’t sure what size I needed for my items and Joe was super helpful and got me into the perfect sized unit. He even suggested items to help me protect my possessions. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

Stay away from this place at all costs! Public storage in Jackson, New Jersey, never notified me by email or phone to let me know that my unit would be inaccessible because they were doing construction which dug up the asphalt and the ground around my unit. When I went to my unit to get to my tools so I could work I went to the manager on the premises, said I could walk to my unit which was virtually impossible as you can see in the picture I was supposed to jump over broken asphalt with a deep ravine to get to my unit That stored my heavy equipment. I called customer service. They promised to call me back with Someone from a higher up and never did and when I called back, they told me to try to locate the district Manager But would not provide me a phone number. Not to mention my $50 unit went up to $86 in no time flat. When I explained to the on-site manager, what was going on, no one could give me a straight answer. She said try back after 3 PM. This is unacceptable. I lost a job and a days wages because of Their negligence! Everyone seems to be passing the buck with no answers!

I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage, and my overall experience was very positive. From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and efficient. Joey was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to walk me through the paperwork, explained the terms clearly, and even gave me a quick tour of the facility to ensure I knew how everything worked. The property was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. I really liked that there was gated entry with personalized access codes, as well as security cameras around the facility. The unit I rented was clean, dry, and easy to access—exactly what I needed. What really stood out was the customer service. Joey made the whole process less stressful and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find that level of care these days. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for secure, well-run storage—and if you can, ask for Joey, He was great!

I saved a unit on the Public storage website. Within an hour Veronica from the location called me to confirm my reservation. She was even able to lock in the unit number I was saving until the next day when I would pay for the unit. She was both professional and very courageous in allaying my fears of losing the reservation. She gave me 5 star service and deserves an A+ rating.
