Very professional with excellent customer service
I was relocating from the south to NJ and unfortunately my dates kept changing. Cindy was so helpful and understanding, she assisted me all through the process. Additionally, we had a delayed arrival, but she worked with the owner to facilitate things for us. I stayed in the unit much longer than I expected, and they were more than accommodating. I am giving them the highest recommendation possible they have been a pleasure to work with.

What started as a frustrating situation ended up being 5 star. I went to the management office (as there is no onsite office) and Zac took the time to help me out. I very much appreciated it. That is rare to find today. The level of customer service was unexpected, in a good way. Facility is clean and pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
Most affordable
Searched the internet for affordable storage places . everybody was charging a lot of money for storage , I'm on a fixed income . I hope they don't raise their rates .

Zac's Storage is awesome!!! I have rented a space there for many years, very reasonably priced, well maintained, with 7 days a week access with your own personal code to enter through the security gate.

Julie RothZacs storage is a wonderful local option for any of your storage needs. After doing much research i found that prices are the BEST in the area. Access is easy off of Route 9 and the facility is easy to maneuver and find your units. I am a repeat customer to this facility because of all of the above statements! Thank you to Cindy in the office who is always helpful and attentive to your needs!
