Kelly was great! She showed me several different units on the day I was there and was very patient as I asked a bunch of questions. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects; pricing, insurance, types of units. She was also very thorough in showing me how to use the lock and how to use the passcode to unlock the gate. She made the experience nice and easy!
Tom has always been there to help if I have any questions it's very clean the hours are great I just stopped in the office today and Ryan was very very helpful to I've had my unit for over 2 years it's a very safe place to keep your things

I had a very frustrating experience at this Public Storage location. I originally rented a 10’ x 15’ unit to store my car. Even though my vehicle is shorter than 15 feet, it didn’t fit. The actual usable size was clearly smaller than advertised. The same day, I called to cancel and had to rent a 10’ x 20’ unit instead. I requested a refund for the first unit, which I never used, but was told there was a $30 admin fee. On top of that, I was charged another admin fee for the second unit. Other issues: • I had to drive there three separate times just to return the lock because the office was closed during posted hours. • I declined insurance because I already have my own, but it was added anyway. • The 10’ x 15’ unit was advertised with a $1 first-month promotion, yet I still ended up paying fees for a unit I never used. • The 10’ x 20’ unit is advertised online for $143/month, but I was charged $164. • I measured the 10’ x 20’ unit myself, and it is 236 inches deep, not the full 20 feet (240 inches) as advertised. Overall, this felt like false advertising, extra fees, and very poor customer service. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone, and the posted office hours don’t seem to mean anything. I would not recommend this location.
Had to call for help because no one is ever here. Joe scared the phone in the second ring and was able to fix my account in just a few minutes. I’m going to give him 5 stars but public storage you need to do better about having people in your stores.
I was helped by Crystal, she was excellent. I had to switch my unit and set up my app on my phone. she was so resourceful to help me get everything done in one visit.
I had an issue with a payment card that needed to be changed, and after fighting with the website, I called the site manager in Howell. What an amazing surprise. Crystal was wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and changed what first looked to be a disasterous evening into a positive experience!
