Had to call customer service to be told the lock cylinder would be in the unit or in an adjacent empty unit. Spent two hours driving back and forth just to gain access!
Everything was fine. Only no-one is at the facility. Also I don't feel I should have to get the insurance. It should be my choice.
Went there twice on two different days, two hours on the road. No one in the office. Had to call the main phone number to find out the lock cylinder was on the floor of the unit and to let myself in. Customer service non-existent!
