I've never had the need for public storage. First time around, property manager Elliot made the process smooth. Appreciate the knowledge and details of how to get in and out, hours of availability, emergencies, etc. Thank you Elliot. BTW, can we recommend a raise for him? Thank you for the great service!!!
The new reservation system needs little work, but the customer services are awesome. Clear, and efficient.
Javonia, Manager, was prepared for my reservation and on time. She was very informative, and concerned about the safety and security of my stored goods. The storage facility was clean, and pleasant. Also, there was a loading cart to assist with move-in. Access hours to the storage room is quite convenient. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Public Storage is very clean and neat. The employees are terrific. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them. They were extremely polite and nice. I was not sure of the size and they took me around and showed me different sizes and when I finally picked one they also told me that when I came to put my stuff in the storage unit, if I found I needed a larger one I could change it that day. I would recommend them to everyone.
