Life Storage staff confirmed my order and gave me a direct understanding and clear plan for my initial load in. I love the late time to load, up until 10pm. Englewood, just 10 minutes away from Washington Heights has great food too!

They will double your rent after 3 months without notice— making the price of the unit more than the value of the items in the unit. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS ^10. Only a matter of time before the company is taken out by a class action lawsuit. I’m a new mom that had to move while pregnant to a small apartment. THE ENERGY it took to rent a moving van and get everything in there only to now have to figure out how to throw it all away (because I CANNOT AFFORD THE UNIT DUE TO PRICE DOUBLING) with a young baby has me crying. Wish nothing but bad things on Simon and the company. Don’t give yourself unnecessary stress, financial burden, and emotional distress (due to loss of sentimental items). Rent from a company with more integrity. ADDING 12/29: I was able to get all of my things out before they charged me again— I just wanted to let everybody know that I found a unit the same size at Bergenfield Storage for $55 per month— they do not change the price—it is fixed. There’s better out there, don’t do business with Extra Space Storage Englewood! For reference I signed on at $75 and after 3 months they started charging me $160 without warning for a 5x10 space. Said it was in the contract that they can do this. This place sucks!
