Super easy!
The price was great. There were a couple of things that I wasn't expecting like the fact that you need storage insurance or a lock, but even still, nothing was a deal-breaker. I understand the need for insurance, and that it wouldn't be that beneficial for them to provide locks for everyone for free. The whole booking process was super easy, did it myself online, but before that, I received a call from someone who was available to help me with the whole process, so it is great to know that you have that customer support if you need it. I'm extremely happy with everything so far, and recommend this facility.

Very very very Attentive and Nice! From the move in to the move out was smooth and worry/stress free. I had the pleasure of meeting as well as interacting with Paul and Tom due to me needing assistance and they both was very Pleasant and helpful! Definitely Great place for storage I moved from one storage Clayton to Extra space and couldn’t have made a better decision the all around customer service was so much better!. Thank you guys again🤗
Marilyn SMy family and I have had a storage with Extra Space for about 2 years now and Matt is the best. Always a phone call away willing to help even from other sites. This past month we were struggling to get to NJ to pay our storage and Matt made phone calls literally days before and got everything situated with Chris for us to pay it. They were both MORE than helpful! They helped us get our storage back to current and have been more than pleasant. If you need a storage Matt is the guy to see. He is a great MANAGER! 5 out of 5 thank you so much. Honestly all staff besides Paul is great on Delilah Rd. Willing to help, and always have made everything smooth. Staff member by the name of Paul was very friendly, professional, and very helpful. Paul took the time to explain everything clearly to me and the process of getting into my unit was quick and smooth. It was also evident to me that the property is kept clean, well-maintained, and very secure. I feel confident knowing my belongings are going to be kept safe. So far, I'm very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone. Whether you need a space to store items until your short term home improvement project is complete or until you find your forever home, go talk to Paul he will help you figure out what unit will fit your needs!
