We have a storage unit at Cube Smart's Fire Road location for the past 2 years. The facility was newly paved & painted, looks great. The mangement is excellent & very helpful. We have had no issues & feel very safe when visiting our unit.

We needed a fast place to place our furniture and items from a moving van due to the awful weather. they were able to accommodate with unitsthat fit it all in. The storage unit was very clean and easy to unload the truck.

Sense We came to cubesmart, they have been very welcoming!!! And helpful…. I have breast cancer and my local cubesmart n the main office have always taken good care of us and always made sure we understand everything!!!

I am writing this review to warn customers about the punitive & baffling management policies at the CubeSmart on 6600 Delilah Rd in Egg Harbor Township. • The Issue: I attempted to rent a storage but was explicitly denied service because my parents—who are separate, adult individuals—had previously rented units here years ago (spending thousands of dollars over that time) and had paid to vacate their units over a year ago. • The Policy Failure: I was told by manager Steven that because I share a last name & am related to previous renters, the company views me as a liability for my parents' historical account status, even though that account is closed. I have no legal or financial connection to their past rental history. • Impact on Customer: This decision, heavily influenced by Steven but also Amanda is insane. CubeSmart is actively turning away paying business (a separate customer) based purely on family name. • Warning to Others: If you or any family member has ever used this specific location & had any account difficulty, be warned: Management here, specifically Steven, may blacklist you based solely on your last name. This is a clear demonstration of terrible customer service & a refusal to treat customers as individuals. I am sure this review won’t even have the issue internally looked into or consequences towards the store managers. But I hope it can shine light, please avoid this location unless you want to risk being judged & denied service based on your family's history, not your own.
