Victoria is wonderful. Absolutely the best person in the world of storage….by far. I had been to several storage facilities yesterday, after deciding to keep going until I found the perfect package. It was mid-afternoon when I happened upon CubeSmart along Rte 206 in Bordentown, NJ. It took about 2 minutes of speaking with Victoria to convince me that I had found the winner. Victoria is not only adorable, but also is super-proficient in ALL aspects of what it takes to immediately turn a potential customer into a very appreciative buyer. Our conversation probably took about a half hour, although as I indicated I was sold within just a couple minutes. Her pleasant, fun manner combined with a beautiful, nonstop smile, her vast knowledge of your facility, and a thorough understanding of the needs of a customer easily results in a sale. If you’re experiencing any issues, I highly recommend communicating with them — they’re truly there to help. Victoria and her team are amazing; they will do everything they can to assist you. The booking process was simple and stress-free, the units are clean, and access in and out is very convenient. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience — excellent customer service, 10/10! I will definitely be booking with them again.
P GCubesmart in Mansfield couldn’t have a better GM! Absolutely phenomenal service. If I ever have to store anything ever again it will be here! I can’t recommend this place enough and Victoria really brings the experience to the next level! IMO she needs a raise!
