BE AWARE! THERE IS NO ONE THERE OPERATING THE BUILDING. No one to help you sign up or cancel services, or access the building or unit if you're having issues Its "automated" so good luck. I called to cancel 3 months ago, they keep telling they'll handle it, and then proceed to charge me again the following month, I called 3 times and sent emails, different person every time, and they haven't responded to my emails. Had to resort to calling the credit card to stop payment and try to charge back

Nice and clean storage facility. I like that it’s fully enclosed. My other storage unit has the door on the outside and it feels like anyone could get in. This one feels much more secure and I can get to my stuff anytime.

I have been using Cardinal Self Storage for over a year. I took a half day off of work and drove 3 hours from Bangor Maine so I could get some important documents out of storage. I wasn’t able to access my locker because the floor was just painted. According to my lease I should have been given 30 days notice of such maintenance but no notice was provided. I wasted 6 hours of my time driving plus 60 dollars in gas and took a half day off work for nothing. Cardinal Storage can’t even be bothered with an apology or respond to several messages asking when I will be able to access my locker again.

You guys cut my lock on my storage becusse I owed you money but little did you know the lock was just aboyt how much the debt was I had you guys for about a year and payments where alwuas there I started to get locked out for 30$ that is crazy y’all cut my lock that I paid for but mad that I owe you I just paid gas and came all the way from Lowell mass you guys cut my lock without permission I never got no notice that is against the law !

The nightmare I have in countered with these people is just beyond absurd. I paid for a storage unit on March 20th I couldn't even get into the facility until a week later, March 27th because they took so long. I had to have everything out of my apartment that day. I had to spend $500 on expectantly on a moving truck because of this facility. Now on locked out of my sword facility again. Because they said they were paying for April's. Swords payment for the inconvenient but yet I'm getting text messages saying something different. So I call in the lady says to me while the manager. Just Melissa person who just doesn't do a job at all. Set their paying for July storage payment. I said why would they page July? I need to payment now. That's what the voicemail says. I forwarded that voicemail to this property manager still is nothing been done I had my stuff stolen out of the lobby which thankfully was returned. Then the property took it upon themselves to take the rest of my stuff in the lobby. Walking in another storage unit. Didn't tell me the storage unit. The combination so I haven't been able to even get into the building to clear it out now. They're trying to charge me for the second storage unit. March twentieth two date I have been able to access my storage unit four days. Someone please tell me how I'm supposed to clear out. A second storage unit I was unaware of when I can't get into the building. I can't get the unit number and I don't have the number to the lock. I can't get into my storage unit to add this other stuff in. But yet they're charging me for the second unit. Anyway, I mean, this is just unbelievable. It hasn't even been a full month. I've bet at this place. Do not run from these people. You cannot get a straight answer from anybody is so-called property manager. I don't even know how she has a job because she's just awful. I had to contact the better business via all I had to contact an attorney. I just lost my home of 10 years. That's not enough now. I gotta deal with this all I was trying to do was rent a storage facility. I didn't ask for any of this. None of this is my fault. But yet I'm the one suffering. I can't get my clothing. All of my dog's medications are in there. I have a business online all of my product is locked in there. these people just refuse to answer me. Or do I please sing about it? Now I have to go there with the police department tomorrow. I just can't believe it. I've lost everything and on top of that. I've had to deal with this nonsense. Take what little money I had put away to get me through the next month to get us moving truck. Because these people couldn't figure out how to get me into the building for 1 week. They couldn't put me in another unit and given me a different access code. They could have done so many things. But they chose to do nothing. I called every single day trying to get into that unit. And every person I talked to I told them. I had to be out that Monday. It becomes. My unit was still not ready. A sheriff's office came made myself my 8 year old dog in one bag of my belongings made to sleep. The property changed the walks. I had to go back when the landlord was there. And moved everything. That day by myself into the driveway. Until I could get a moving truck all because of the storage unit. I just wanna thank the ignorant. People at cardinal storage at Seabrook New Hampshire location. And I hope the owner of the property sees this. In fires, this so called property manager melissa because she does not deserve her job or her title.
