Love it so far. Was very easy to rent unit. I come and go with no issues and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s close to home . I am currently looking to get a second bigger unit. Would be great to not have to pay the 25 fee again.

I really enjoy the location of this facility. I have easy access when i need to store something. Especially because I don't drive I ride my bike and can't always carry all my things so I just pop in my unit and drop things off. The price, is the price. Very helpful and friendly maintenance Guy.

Bobby JudsonIf you rent here you will get to know Rochester's homeless community as alot of THEM LIVE IN UNITS HERE!!! Regardless that this is a FEDERAL crime! All my belongings smell like smoke now as the tenants were smoking in their units. Cooking, sleeping. I had 4 units across Rochester and have moved all my stuff to Bluebird. It's a little more expensive but I don't have to deal with homeless people.

Æon7/22/2023: I started renting again and it hasn't changed and it's been clean! I ended up upgrading to a 10x10 and the customer service rep was absolutely helpful! ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** Nathaniel and Nicole was super helpful in getting my place setup. I had a small issue and needed to move to a new space but Nathaniel took care of the issue promptly. Very professional services that's rare to find these days. Thank you so much! The space is very clean as pictured and the gated property is a big plus. The price is awesome compared to others 👍
