Great Value and East as Pie!!
From the time I first spoke with the manager, Rhee, to the next phone call w/Maria, EVERYONE AND EVERYTING connected with this storage facility was above average. The easy access no key app is GENIOUS (this is about the 3rd time I've said it, but I can't help it, it IS!!) The owners of this storage facility should be extremely proud to have these two individuals representing them. As a company owner myself, I know how hard it is to find people who represent not only your company, but themselves in a professional and helpful manner. These two are gold!! Would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone without any reservation, and plan on doing just that!!

The sign-up process was convenient and someone followed up with me right away to complete it. It was all very easy. The facility is clean, easy to access, and convenient. Access via bluetooth is a lot easier than remembering a passcode and fumbling around with keys. Overall a good experience and a reasonable price.

Renting from 603 in Raymond was super easy. The staff was always very helpful. The facility was top notch, very clean and kept a a constant temperature. I was very happy with the whole experience. The only issue I has was, they were doing some software upgrades when I first rented, so they had to reset my code a few times but it was always easy to have done. Once the updates were complete it was never an issue again. I only give it 4 stars vs 5 because the parking spots to the right of the main entrance are slopped away from the build ( for water drainage) but if you use them your cart can have a tendency to to roll away. Definitely not the end of the world but it can be annoying. Overall I had a really great experience and I would highly recommend using 603 storage to any of my family or friends.

They have access to equipment to help with the move, I feel secure with the camera monitoring of hallways and that staff is on site during normal business hours. Was very easy to enroll. With our move I needed fast access and 603 quickly added a month to month unit for us. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
