thorough process
Tony was very friendly & exceptionally helpful. showed mr absolutely everything i needed to know & said he was available if i ever felt uneasy while i was in the facility. place is beyond clean, well lit & so easy to navigate. exceptionally grateful i chose this self storage out of all the self storage facilities in the area. just hoping they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t increase the cost. although i would choose to leave my belongings here long term, unfortunately, cost is a determining factor.

Katlin SimpsonIf they still call themselves Prime Storage, anyways I’m talking about the service center for storage cubes next to Tractor Supply off of 125 in Plaistow. Anthony was very knowledgeable and friendly, as he has been the last four times I’ve interacted with him. He’s someone I feel comfortable walking the halls of the storage unit with. He has helped me “find my key” (when I had it with me the whole time) and has been extremely kind and understanding. He is a valuable employee and you are lucky to have him.

Today while moving items in we met Tony who could not have been any nicer. Facilities are clean and well lit and the people are great. Good monthly rates are just a bonus
