This company misleads you by not telling you that you're required to purchase insurance with your unit. Check out the website, it says insurance is available, but makes no mention that it's required. Once you're in there they extort you into buying it, and threaten to lock you out if you don't. The insurance is a scam intended to generate corporate profits and doesn't pay out when you file a claim. Numerous people have complained on Facebook of having their units broken into and the insurance refusing to pay for their losses. Adding my reply to the "Reponse from the owner"... What an amazingly thoughtful response. You managed to say absolutely nothing while avoiding every concern I mentioned. You “take transparency seriously,” yet somehow forgot to disclose mandatory insurance upfront. You “take security seriously,” despite the ongoing break-ins customers complain about. And you “work to improve customer experience” while forcing people to buy insurance they can’t waive and that allegedly doesn’t pay claims. This wasn’t a response — it was a customer service chatbot wearing a polo shirt.

Carol has been exceptional since day one. She has strong communication skills as well as a pleasant interaction each time communication has been required. Carol helped me when I first rented last year, and has continued to be in touch with anything I needed, as well as when a other unit was leaking and unknown substance, and Carol reached out to make sure my belongings were safe. No matter the day or time, she replied within a reasonable amount of time. Carol also helped me close out my account today, and made it as easy as it possibly could have been. Carol was great. She helped me , she went and looked at the units to let me know what one to get. Because I wanted to make sure it was low so my bike would not have clearance issues. She was extremely pleasant to deal with.
