Having just moved in today, I encountered a welcoming atmosphere and wide corridors that facilitated the transport of goods using furnished cargo carts. I am anticipating a fulfilling experience in the time to come.

This is by far the worst storage facility there is. They raise there rates every 3 months. The managers promised updates to the storage facility on initial walk through and have done absolutely nothing to improve. Lack of carts and broken carts. Avoid this place at all costs. They lie and steal, add on fee after fee. The managers lie. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Ken BRADLEYThe staff is great. Unfortunately, they can't seem to get my account information correct. They locked me our of my storage by mistake, they denied my access to the building on a Sunday and no one was able to help get me in. I also reported a defective light outside my unit which makes it difficult to see inside the unit a month ago and it has yet to be addressed. They were quick to address the account and access issues in person, but nearly 2 months in, I still don't have account access online.
Lianna KendallTerrible customer service. They promised new moving carts and never got them over the four months we had a unit. Claimed they were on order for four months. The building is a Maze and they promised easy access from an elevator and then as soon as we moved into the unit signs were put up saying that entrance could not be used. The ultimate low was despite calling to inform them of our end date on the rental as well as emailing our end date on the rental we got charged an additional months rent and have made several calls and stopped in with no resolution.
Jacqueline CalderonIf I could give this company a negative zero, I would. My brother had a unit with them. He died suddently. He owed them a bit over $200. From the local unit all the way to the headquaters, they gave me the runaround for over 6 months. No one was able to wave a bit over $200 for a deceased person. They are nastly, money hungry, useless. Unable to answer a yes/no question. Asked me for documents I had already submitted. I asked them, where's the auction, "I can't tell you that". If you need storage, do not go with Prime Storage. Avoid the aggrevation.
Christy JenkersonThis company sucks! They upcharge for things they don't tell you are added charges. They stuck me in a unit so hard to get to in a maze of a building in the waaaaaaay back dark corner of the building and when I spoke up and said is there anyway to get a unit not so confusing to get to that's closer to the elevator they were so quick to oblige yet failed to tell me it was a $20.00 upcharge per month for the same size unit. Then gave me a lock with the unit rental and didn't mention that it wasnt included and.charged me $20.00 for it. I feel like both charges should of been explained clearly so I was able to make a choice not just forced into charges I wasn't aware of. Shady Also, the unit was listed for less online. Which I found out I didn't get that price because I signed up in person. Wth?
