I had the best experience. They offered me a great start up deal. I fit my f350 into the unit for a month while I was away. They even offer to pay by the day after the month is up so you dont get charged a whole month more. Great staff and facility.
D MI’ve had a fantastic experience with Debbie, the manager at Extra Storage! She is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. During a recent snowstorm, the hill leading up to the upper units was quite icy, and my little car couldn’t make it to the top tier. Debbie went out of her way to accommodate me with a unit on the lower level and took the time to explain all the details about the access code. Her assistance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Extra Storage and especially Debbie for her outstanding customer service!
