John PalangeTl;dr - Exceptional customer service Secured a storage unit through their website. The process was longer than anticipated, and there was a bit more paperwork to complete once in the office. Unfortunately, the unit I paid for (online) wasn’t accurately represented and there weren’t other units available (in the size needed) at the same location. The representative recommended another location just a few miles away, called his colleague on my behalf, and explained the situation. While, this new location wasn’t as convenient for me, the storage unit met my needs, was less expensive, and the process of transferring (without double paying) was simple due to the boots on the ground collaboration of these two reps. Highly recommended.

Michael MickelsonI always pay my rent a month ahead of time and the guy who works there knows me and my truck and my motorcycle. I could use a weather seal on the bottom of my door but other than that it's fine. Oh, there were some gate problems recently too
