Richard is so professional and helpful 😁 happy your company as a stuff like him. Thank you Richard for going above and beyond today 10-17-2025 in helping me transfer units and making sure my codes and everything worked beforehand. Update March5,2026 New stuff and changes I could not wait to move out. He is does is job but not customer friendly. Also they have a rat problem, my outside unit had a lot of rat poop a them.

Very happy with the way things are being run by Jose. He is here regularly, taking care of the property and storage units, absolutely love the positive attitude and energy from him. Great location, reasonable price and clean all around! Edit 12/26/24: Prices raised because storage units are limited and demand is high so their system automatically adjusted it to a higher price. I had an issue with Richard when we first got our storage unit. He was rude and disrespectful towards me while I was going through things sitting in my van. When I tried showing him my key and tell him I have a storage unit, he said he doesn't care and I was loitering. I believed Jose had taken care of the problem, yet a few months later when I found a lock on the ground, I brought it to the front desk and it was Richard. He began questioning me about what I was doing in the storage unit, then brought up the previous incident, downplaying what he did and the way he treated me. His words were..."I know you may have thought I was being and asshole, but that wasn't it at all". It made me extremely uncomfortable to even continue talking to him and now I have anxiety every time I have to go back to the storage unit. It is now the winter time and we have sheets of ice building up in-between almost every section of storage units because they've failed to properly remove the snow and with a lack of rain gutters to redirect the water falling from the roof, it has turned everything into ice. I've slipped and almost fallen several times since the first snow fall, my girlfriend has also almost fallen and our little puppy slipped attempting to exit our vehicle smacking his face against the concrete. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way they manage this place in the winter. First set of photos were taken 12/26/24 and the second set were 12/10/24

I made my reservation on-line super easy and when I arrived at the facility the 3 men that greeted me were extra friendly and helpful. One guy was training and they provided him with excellent information and professionalism in front of me. My unit was clean and convenient. They made suggestions for my concerns and I'm truly pleased with this storage space.

We walked up, filled out everything online, chatted with the friendly staff, paid, got our assigned storage unit, and completed the transaction in about 10 minutes. No high pressure sales. I can only hope every business transaction is this easy! The place clean, new looking, easy to access, easy to turn around…it’s great!
