Convenient and affordable
Location and price comparable to other local facilities (for me). Everything done without interacting with a human—convenient and straight forward.
Great place great prices
I was able to call and I got my first month free and I got a really big storage unit for the cheapest place I've seen in a long time! And I was able to get the entry code to be able to get into the storage facility and my box within an hour of me filling out my registration online and when I got there the place was clean and every time I've called the people have been very nice and helpful I would recommend this place to anybody!

The lock wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t slide into place
I had a problem locking the first unit that I was assigned to. Called and told them I was having a problem and they immediately moved me to another unit. I had already started loading the unit so I had to unload but it all ended up fine! Alls well that ends well!
Easy access as far as driving up to the storage.
The lock is a little hard to slide to get the door open on the storage but everything else we have no problem with.

The e-sign was very difficult to navigate and is not user friendly but Shani on the phone was amazing. Patient and thorough, she helped me work through it. She should definitely get a raise! Also, Andy on the phone was excellent. This company has superlative phone customer service and I would highly recommend for your storage needs.
Christopher ZajacUnits are decent enough. No climate control and plenty of bugs to go around. Make sure you set some glue traps, etc. Quietly raising prices with little more than an email notification is sleazy business. The monthly cost is no longer worth the value of the unit. If you’re storing for a few months, great. Any longer than that go with another storage company. Sparebox still has some improvements to make to customer experience.

AnnaRip people off! Overcharge long term customer. $134 for 5x10. But if I move all my stuff to a different unit , they will give me new low rate. Disabled senior citizen here. Very wrong
Tracey McEwanwhen I called to reserve the unit I was told one price but when I called to pay the price was $5 more per month. Also the kiosk at the facility was not working so I had to call to pay it took 30 min to get to a person on the phone to pay. It would be much easier if I could have paid when reserving the unit vs having to call a different number to pay.
