She was very helpful and friendly, and made us feel comfortable storing our belongings because she happily and easily answered all of our questions. Fast forward a couple of days and there was a miscommunication with the insurance required, but Mindy took the time and made the effort to work with us and help us out. We have already moved items in, and so far the facility looks clean and secure to us. It is so nice to experience great customer service and to have a place close to home to store our belongings while we find our dream home. They are affordable and responsible and we highly recommend giving them a try.

Julie helped us get our storage set up, she was super helpful and was able to get the process done quickly and efficiently. She has great energy and is very positive! She also responded quickly to us after we left a message when we were trying to get more info about the facilities and reserving a spot. Definitely great customer service at the Vista Storage location!
