It’s a storage unit that is cheap but understand there is no A/C at all.
Decent Storage for the price other than it has zero AC ducts for cooled storage
Super easy move in and nice people. Prices are also reasonable. They made moving so much easier and everyone I spoke to where super helpful !!!

⭐ 1 Star This storage facility is NOT safe. I rented a unit specifically to store my car. Luckily, my car wasn’t inside yet — because everything else I had in the unit was stolen. It took the staff weeks just to “figure out” what happened. They pushed me to opt into their insurance, which I did, but it’s been almost a year of going back and forth trying to get any compensation. Still nothing. This place has caused me nothing but stress and wasted time. I do NOT recommend this storage facility to anyone. Avoid it.

Stopped in on the spur of the moment to see if I could store a motorcycle. Joanna was very helpful and thorough getting me a spot and above all very pleasant to deal with.

Hopefully new management has fixed the shady elevator which what made me move to a different facility months ago. My mom still has 2 units here. She's had a lot of health issues lately. She recently got a new debit card. Payment failed last month because of a compromise in her other debit card. Previous management would call me because they knew my mom never answered her phone. I have called previously and had no issues adding a new debit card to her account. Well, new management won't let me add a new debit card to her account in person or over the phone. I have to bring my mom in to do this. This is not an easy task lately. But I guess I have no choice. Very frustrating. Like do you want to get paid? I don't see the big deal and why it has to be so difficult to add a new payment to the account. What do you do for people who are completely immobile? Hopefully once I can establish online access i can add and change things there.
