Came into devon today interested in looking at some available units the GM Melissa helped me look along with susan, at several size units to accommodate what im storing and looking for. Haven't made up my mind yet but I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend devon for your storage needs.

This place OVER charges for rent. 20x20-$400+, 10x20-$230+ NO units are climate controlled, they don’t even have flood control. Don’t know who lied about that in their review. But it’s false. Like many of the positive reviews are. Units get wet whenever it rains from under the doors. Access to the facility was limited to just the office hours (basically 9 or 10 to 5 or 6) for over a months time while waiting for them to FIX the access gates which on your rental contract says 6am- 10pm EVERY DAY… with NO COMPENSATION for not being able to access your own belongings. And if you work a 9-5 job good luck seeing the inside of your unit. Since they are chaining up the access gate AGAIN for the last 3 weeks so far. Since the gate is BROKEN AGAIN!!! Guess the last repair company wasn’t that good. And I don’t understand why it’s taking a MONTH AGAIN to get it fixed. My residence is in a gated community and our gates are fixed within 24 hours normally, maybe 48 hours once when a tree fell on the gate. This management has NO compassion and completely lacked in a sincere apology for the inconvenience and frustration that they have caused. My last trip there to pick up some tools for my business. They actually tried to kick me out an hour before their office was normally closed. In which I refused to leave until at least the normal office hours of 6pm. While I collected the tools I needed for my job. And that was while I was on the phone with the General Manager of the business. And verbally voicing my complaints. Basically wait until this company is bought out by one of the other Storage companies and under new management. Hopefully then they will know how to run a business properly. UPDATE 4-1-25 Now been over 2 months and the gate is still broken. If ya wanted to change the hours you should have just said so and not keep your renters with lies of it being a “Broken gate” and that’s why we can’t access our belongings. not because you don’t want to pay your employees!! Adding photos this time. BEWARE of this business, they are shady, and found out rats are in the units after finding a dead one in a box of mine. Plus the rat droppings everywhere.
Came in with my friends because they were 90 days late. Susan and Melissa were so friendly and professional. They helped us AND saved my friends some money. I personally am amazed at the GREAT prices on their units. Stop by and see them. Tell them Tigger sent you for the daily specials.
