I recently had an outstanding customer service experience at StorageMart, and Kelley deserves all the credit for making it so smooth and stress-free. When I arrived at the facility, she greeted me with a smile, gave me a quick tour, explained the gate codes and security features clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before I signed anything. She was professional, friendly, genuinely attentive, and went out of her way to make the whole process easy. It’s rare to get that level of care these days, especially in storage rentals. Kelley is a huge asset to StorageMart—thanks to her, I’m a very happy customer and would recommend this location to anyone. Five stars!

Tiffany PascoI chose this facility because it is so neat to my job and the price point was the lowest I found. Kinda feel as if it was one of them divine intervention moments. Online registration was super user friendly, payment processed online as well which made the initial check in a breeze. Super friendly staff. Unit was clean and lock was provided. Property well kept and keyed entry to the facility accompanied by surveillance cameras provided a sense of security with my belongings being stored there. Gate access limited to certain hours of the day which also provided me peace of mind. This far, no complaints.
