Paperwork was easy online. Link to pay for second month was separate from Lease and on Secure line. Our move in was after hours, but no problem. Very pleased with my choice of Storage Mart.

I’ve had a unit with this company over a year now, the other day I had a all issue with my door, it’s probably something I caused by pulling it up too hard, so it wouldn’t open. Spoke with the person on duty Hannah, she went above and beyond and fixed it herself, was very polite when I told her about it and all around extremely helpful. Not sure if she is the manager there, if she isn’t then she definitely needs to be. Customer service = 5 out of 5 Helpfulness = 5 out if 5 Attitude = 10 out of 5 Honestly not sure if I’ve dealt with someone as nice as she is ever. I will definitely keep my business here just off of my interaction with her.
