I wasn't able to go into the office to speak with anyone and the customer service was phenomenal!!! I was able to reserve and pay online, I received my information needed the day before my move for an easy transition and once I arrived I had no issues. Best controlled climate value in Mississippi. Great location, covered entryway with ample parking, so, rain or shine, your move-in is protected. Monique is a joy to deal with.
