Facility is new. Security cameras & monitors, grounds well kept. Interior building is extremely clean, well lit, and has customer restrooms available. Building access can be done with your personal code or with an app. One of the best features (Not advertised) of Hernando South Self Storage, is the property manager, Andrea Gross. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and constantly ensures the property is clean and secure. When she noticed my unit was accidentally locked open (looks locked but wasn't), Andrea immediately called me. I really appreciate her pro-activeness. I don't think another company/manager would even check to ensure units are secure, much less call to inform the client. Thank you Andrea Gross!!
