Do not rent here!!! Complex is far too small to drive a vehicle in and you are not able to access 2 rows of units with a vehicle at all. I started renting a unit 2 years ago when all the gates were opened on the daily and now they refuse to open any of the gates that are on the rows. When I asked what could be done I was told I would have to walk from the entrance to my unit or they could have someone come open the gate for the row I was on. When I did that they told me it could take up to two hours for someone to get there. I have had multiple issues with nails in my tires after entering the only gate they have for you to enter and it seems every other month I get a call saying their auto pay system had to be reset and all my information was lost. If you drive anything larger than a Toyota Tacoma you can not turn around the building to exit the only gate that opens for you to leave. Do not even attempt to drive a trailer into the complex.
Fred ButlerDo not rent here!!! 80% of my items were stolen, they do not have a secure facility, no one comes to check on the units. Gate stays open freely for anyone to have access to the units. There are multiple units that have been broken into and no one has came to check on them!! Homeless people crowd around this place. Do not waste your money!!! Copper safe took over this storage unit and has done a horrible job! They even called me to try to get me to take my review down! The photo in my review is another broken-in unit!
