I received a phone call from the storage facility and everything was explained to me in a way I understand how to move forward with the process.

I was in the middle of an interesting time when I needed to rent a storage unit via the internet. It was also the weekend directly before the 4th of July holiday.we got to the storage it was the afternoon of July 2nd and the Twin Cities was hot and sticky. The attendent came in on a Sunday and when we were talking she suggested we would move to a different sized unit based on our description of what we needed to store. I was so very grateful. The money was not alot more and she was so very right. She was also very kind to us. She went above and beyond in our case. Friendly and professional. If this is the usual caliber of their employees they must hire the best of the best people. Thanks Public Storage for the great treatment.

Clean unit with good customer service.

We had to wait outside for someone to open the door for about 20 minutes. The price also went up from the online price I thought it would be.
