I recently moved to Rochester and arranged a storage unit, online. After being here only two months, I was informed that the rental on my unit would double for the following months so I decided to find another, more convenient, storage unit. I found Five Star Storage and arranged, again on-line, for a rental unit but eventually learned I had been assigned a second floor, walk-up unit. I am 90 years old and cannot haul boxes up stairs so I called Five Star an talked with two very helpful men in customer service, Jeremy and Michael. I met with Michael to rearrange the paper work and was assigned a very convenient, drive-up street level unit and received assistance in loading into the unit. Great, friendly service! My only complaint is that the verbal directions to find the unit were not as clear as they could have been.
Very happy with the place it is clean and locked and the price is right for the size of the unit
