I already moved out tonight, August 31st.
Everything was very good. However, I we got into our Apartment today, so I already moved out of storage unit 1233, tonight, August 31st. Thank you, very much.
Very impressed and very clean.
Was pleasantly surprised with just how nice it was. I have a feeling Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll keep a unit here long after Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve moved into a new place, just knowing I have a nice climate controlled space for certain things of mine.

They were super busy with an auction day, but still Helena and Christina were excellent and upbeat! Patient and thoughtful and thorough. Always courteous and kind on the phone and in person. You can tell that they always try their best to keep things running smoothly. I originally wanted a 5’x10’, but was curious about the 5’x15’; Christina was happy to show me both and weigh out pros and cons, all while being personable and professional. She let me know that I can upgrade if it doesn’t suit my needs, after moving things in. The units and hallways were clean and well lit, with ample room to turn corners, for some larger item. The space is accessible between 6am-10pm, with staff and/or ample security and an indoor drive aisle for keeping warm in colder months and cooler on hot days. I even look forward to chatting with them when returning to load and unload my belongings. Thank you ladies, keep on shining! 😊💖✨

I won an auction and as I was driving up to the location my stomach dropped due to a really poor customer service experience the month before with Missy at this same location. When I walked in and met Helena I couldn't believe the difference. She was nice, seemed to actually be interested When talking with us and was very professional. Thank you, Helena, for giving us an exceptional experience and changing my mind on how I felt about the company as well. Thank you
